(01) How it works

Log what you eat, review the estimate, weigh in when you like, and watch how the two lines relate. Nothing counts until you confirm it.

01 / 04

Log

Snap a photo, type a sentence, scan a barcode or search a food.

02 / 04

Review

Check the ingredients and portions, correct what’s off, then add it to your diary.

03 / 04

Weigh in

Record your weight on any date. Skipped days stay blank rather than zero.

04 / 04

Understand progress

See weight history and nutrition patterns side by side over any period.

(02) Logging

Use whichever fits the moment. Every route ends on the same review screen, so the diary stays consistent.

  • Photo

Point the camera at the plate. Ingredients and portions are estimated for you to check.

  • Describe it

Type “two eggs on toast with butter” and get a breakdown to confirm.

  • Search

Find a food, choose the amount, add it.

  • Barcode

Scan packaged food and set the serving you actually ate.

  • Manual

Enter calories and macros yourself when you already know them.

  • Saved & recent

Re-add a meal you reviewed before. Editing a saved meal never changes past entries.

(03) Photo analysis

NutriSee estimates what’s on the plate and how much. You see each ingredient with its amount, adjust anything that’s wrong, and only then does it count toward your day.

  1. Ingredients and portions listed separately, each editable
  2. Unreviewed results stay out of your intake
  3. Save a reviewed meal and reuse it in one tap

NutriSee progress screen: latest weight 78.6 kg toward a 75.0 kg goal, 3.8 kg lost, and a weight chart from August to October

(04) Progress

Your goal, measured weight history and nutrition patterns live on one screen. Pick a week, a month or a year, tap any day to open it in the diary, and change future targets without rewriting the past.

  1. Goal summary

Start, latest and target weight, with how far you have come and how much is left.

  2. Honest gaps

Unlogged days show as missing, never as zero, so averages reflect what you actually recorded.

  3. Historical targets

Each day is judged against the target you had at the time. Changing your plan never rewrites the past.

  4. Macros by period

Switch between protein, carbs and fat averages for any week or month, and tap a day to open it in the diary.

(05) FAQ

More answers on the full FAQ page.

Do I need to review every photo?

Yes. The estimate shows each ingredient and amount so you can correct it. Until you confirm, nothing is added to your diary or your totals.

What if I skip a day?

The day stays blank. NutriSee never treats an unlogged day as zero intake, so averages and charts only count the days you actually logged.

Is there a free tier?

Not to begin with. A new account starts NutriSee Pro with a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan, or a paid monthly plan. If your subscription ends you keep your account and history and can still log by search, barcode, manual entry and saved meals, record weights and manage your plan. Photo and description analysis need Pro.

What happens to my photos?

Photos are stored privately with camera metadata removed, sent to Google’s Gemini service for analysis under terms that forbid training on them, and deleted within 7 days of you deleting the entry they belong to. They are never used to train models.

How do I sign in?

Email, Google or Apple. Signing back in restores your account, plan and history without redoing onboarding.
